From 1 January 2026, drivers employed by an accredited company at the time of an incident may also benefit from the reduction.

How we assist with Accreditation

We assist transport operators in:
👉 Reviewing existing security systems
👉 Identifying gaps in compliance
👉 Structuring documentation correctly
👉 Preparing the application and supporting evidence
👉 Coordinating submission to UK Border Force
👉 A properly prepared application reduces the risk of refusal and delay.

Accreditation is not automatic.

It requires documented compliance, structured training and consistent internal controls.

We provide structured legal and compliance support to help EU transport operators qualify and maintain accredited status.

What Is a “Robust System”?

Under the Clandestine Entrant Civil Penalty Accreditation Scheme, a transport operator must operate a practical and documented security system that includes:
👉 Proper vehicle security equipment (locks, seals, TIR cables)
👉 Completed and retained vehicle checklists
👉 Clear driver instructions in the driver’s preferred language
👉 Documented initial and annual refresher training
👉 Ongoing review of driver compliance

A robust system must be actively implemented and consistently maintained.

We have successfully assisted a significant number of EU transport operators in obtaining accreditation
